6D pose estimation dataset

Currently, we are in the process of making the 6D pose estimation dataset fit for publication. This page will be updated as soon as it becomes available to the public.

We plan to take inspiration from the format the KITTI dataset takes when doing the 3D Object Detection Evaluation 2017 challenge. Per image, we create a .txt containing the intrinsic camera matrix and a .json containing a list of vessel objects with their pose and size. Our repo contains a draft format of how the final dataset could look like, but ideally we want to link the 6D annotations with the 2D ground truth where there is overlap. Additionally we also want to publish the set of AIS messages per image, currently we are looking into how this would be possible.

This page will update as soon as we finalize the data format.
